Grace Aging Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Grace Aging. If, for any reason, you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

A minimum restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns to cover handling and processing costs.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support(@) grace aging.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that returns must be pre-approved—any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

All returns are carefully inspected, and items that cannot be resold (such as opened or damaged products) will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We want to make things right. Please inspect your items upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support(@) grace aging.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval or rejection. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
