People nowadays are becoming conscious as to what they are eating. I, myself, because of gaining more pounds for the past months, have decided to watch over what I eat these days. It is really true that when you lose control with your appetite, the one day eating of fatty foods need to be burnt within a few days. Just imagine how much you need to lose with the series of junk foods and sweets you’ve been feasting on for the past days.

Now, how are we going to control our diet and what are the foods that are beneficial to our body. If you think that starving yourself will get you thinner, you are very wrong. Let’s say, for example, you did not eat breakfast in the morning and by noontime, you will be hungry. With the hunger that you are feeling since morning, by the moment that you eat your lunch, you will eat more because of the accumulated hunger. What will be the result of this? You will gain weight in this method.

Dieting is more on eating the right kind of foods at the right time. Breakfast is the time of the day that you should eat more, eat less during lunch time and eat even lesser during dinner. For breakfast, it should be a complete meal which includes protein, fats and carbohydrates, and foods with vitamins and minerals. The amount should not be too much or too less.

During breakfast, you can drink milk and eat hotdog and bread. This is a complete breakfast meal. For lunch, you can eat half a plate of pasta. This already includes a lot of nutrients. For dinner you can go with a healthy tuna sandwich. Make sure to never skip a meal because your food intake will increase even more if you do.

Exercising is also very important to mix with your healthy diet. Exercising in the morning, like jogging or power walking would already be a huge step. By this, you can burn fats that you have gained yesterday.

Losing weight takes time and patience and you really can’t expect to lose weight in just a few day, as what slimming pills and other products falsely promise. There is nothing in this world that you can do in a short way. If you want to have a healthy and fit body, eat the right foods and exercise. Keep in mind that a healthy and fit body is equality to a healthy and happy life.
